Emergency Medical Treatment Form
I understand a Emergency Medical Treatment Form must be completed and on file for each student.
Certificate of Immunization
I understand a current Certificate of Immunization signed by a licensed health care provider or the county health department must be on file for each student.
Enrichment and Registration Fees
I understand an Enrichment Program Fee of $105 per student is due with first month's tuition for Twos, Threes, Fours, and Kindergarten students.
I understand a one-time, non-refundable Registration Fee of $135 per student is due at time of registration for school year 2026-2027. Registration is not considered complete until registration fee is paid. All accounts must be in good financial standing with no past due balance to register for the following school year.
Tuition Payment Policy
I understand monthly tuition is due the first school day of each month and is late after the 5th day of each month. I understand a $30 fee for a returned check or declined credit/debit card will be applied to my family account.
Turn in your payment by check, money order, or cash in your Family Payment Envelope. Pay online using Parent Portal ~ we accept Visa and Mastercard. A 4% convenience fee will be added separately to your family's account.
